Ultra-fast Broadband coming soon to Hawkesbury local villages

Good news travels fast, and that’s exactly what’s happening in and around Hawkesbury. Gigabit internet provided by Runfibre is all the rage and locals are seeing record numbers of referrals. A further extension of the project has been announced to Little Badminton & Sopworth who now look forward to being included in the extension.

Over 100 Runfibre links are now operational at Hawkesbury Upton and Ingleston Common with 90% of the construction work complete. Therefore, the focus will now be on expanding the network to local villages without an existing FTTP connection.

Further, New development in Charfield will be supported by the DCMS Rural Gigabit Voucher Scheme which will start with 250 of the most rural plots on the west side of the village or Churchend in phase 1 of the rollout. In phase 2, this will then be expanded to around 730 areas by February 2023.

In addition, the provider has just announced a further extension of its network in the other areas, which will see its fibre crossing the A46 and entering the villages.

Runfibre team has been hard at work developing new partnerships to offer its customers even more technology.

Customers typically pay starting at £25 per month for a 24-month term for their 100Mbps (symmetric speed) package, rising to £60 for their top 1Gbps tier. Alternatively, you can take out a shorter term of 12 months for 5 more per month. The provider also sells various services through the CityFibre network in Wolverhampton and Gloucester.
