Gigaclear’s ultra-fast all-fibre broadband comes to Village Hall in Sudborough
Villagers using the Francis Giffen Memorial Hall in Sudborough can now benefit from free all-glass ultra-fast broadband thanks to Gigaclear. North Northamptonshire Village Hall, which is the venue for council meetings, exercise classes, band rehearsals and a monthly village pop-up café, will become the 49th Community Hub established by Gigaclear in its north-central region.
It is hoped that the availability of ultra-fast broadband at the hall will open up more commercial opportunities by expanding the types of events it can host. Former Francis Giffen Memorial Hall Chair Rhona Rowland said: It is important that the community hall is self-sustaining as it is a charitable foundation. It is a valuable community good that Gigaclear has kindly supported.
